Administrative Assistant, Intermediate

UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Intermediate to support the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation! This position will work in the TechMill 41 building located at 105 40th Street in Lawrenceville, Daylight Hours, Monday – Friday.

The Administrative Assistant – Intermediate, under general supervision, provides varied administrative support to a department, a group of professionals or multiple departments.

UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, the Foundation is looking for a new team member to join the Development team. 

The Associate Gifts Officer position is a front-line fundraising role focused primarily on individuals, families, and family foundations with the capacity to make contributions at the $10,000 to $500,000 level through major gifts, and planned gift intentions. This position will be responsible for building a portfolio (approximately 120 to 150 potential donors) and for forging strong working partnerships with medical and nursing staff, and research faculty to identify prospects.
