2009 Free Care Fund Telethon

The 2009 Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Free Care Fund telethon was held on Friday, December 18 in the Eat’n Park Atrium at the hospital and at the Phipps Conservatory in Oakland.

Hundreds of generous individuals, corporations, schools, and other organizations pledged or donated over $1.5 million to the Free Care Fund during the live broadcast on KDKA-TV. The Free Care Fund provides free and uncompensated care to children in need.
